Rachel Bedford has over 25 years of experience as a registered manager and nominated individual across independent living, residential care, and dementia and nursing services. She founded her own domiciliary care company and has spent her career inside the regulated care sector.
She has a consistent track record of leading services from inadequate to good and outstanding ratings, and has guided providers through every kind of CQC challenge, from new registrations to turnaround following a difficult inspection.
Today, Rachel brings that frontline expertise to providers across the UK through RHB Care Consultancy, delivering practical, high-quality guidance remotely, so every provider can access the support they need without an expensive on-site visit.
