Our Nominated Individual service provides a flexible combination of remote governance oversight and face-to-face visits, ensuring your service receives consistent leadership support, effective governance and ongoing regulatory assurance. Through regular remote reviews, we monitor key areas including quality assurance, compliance, incidents, complaints, audits, policies, staff performance and continuous improvement plans. Scheduled on-site visits provide the opportunity to observe practice, engage with managers and staff, review records, verify the quality of care being delivered and identify opportunities for improvement. The level and frequency of support is tailored to the size, complexity and needs of your service, providing robust oversight while remaining practical, responsive and cost-effective. Our aim is to help providers maintain safe, effective, caring, responsive and well-led services by strengthening governance, promoting continuous improvement and providing the leadership oversight needed to demonstrate ongoing regulatory compliance and high-quality care.

We act as the registered Nominated Individual for your service, fulfilling CQC requirements and ensuring strong, visible leadership. We oversee care quality, compliance, and governance, working closely with your Registered Manager and leadership team to drive high standards across the board.
External Liaison & Inspection Support
As your Nominated Individual, we serve as the key point of contact for external agencies, including CQC. We provide full support through inspections, regulatory engagement, and quality improvement planning, enhancing confidence and credibility during critical evaluations.
Compliance Monitoring & Quality Assurance
We carry out regular audits, reviews, and action planning to ensure ongoing compliance with CQC regulations and fundamental standards. By identifying risks early and tracking improvements, we help maintain a safe, effective, and well-led service.
